And for this date and duration:	We're currently seeking a swap for approx. two weeks over Christmas - starting around Dec 20, 2004. However, please still fill in the form below as we will keep your record for any future trips!

You will be very comfortable in our centrally located, spacious 3 bdr townhouse:
		Our three bedroom townhouse has a a beautiful Queen bed with mountain pine footboard and leather upholstered headboard in the master bedroom, and a luxury Simmons King sized bed in the second bedroom overlooking the park. The third bedroom is a fully outfitted office.
		Your own private courtyard out the back, and a beautiful park and playground across the street.
		7 minutes tram ride very center of Melbourne city, and a ten minute bike ride or 15 minute walk. And, you're just 1 block from the famous Brunswick Street strip in Fitzroy with some of the best cafes, restaurants, pubs in Melbourne. You're even under 10 minutes walk from Lygon Street Carlton (the famous Italian strip).
		Two bathrooms, both with showers, and one with spa bath.
		Fully furnished for your comfort (cutlery, linen etc.).
		Kitchen - walk-in pantry, dishwasher, gas cooking. Separate dining area (seats four).
		TV, Surround Sound DVD System, and Stereo (with a great video and DVD collection). PLUS extra DVD and video in the master bedroom! Electric piano with volume pedal.
		Home office (third room) with two desks, Pentium IV Dell computer, printer, scanner, broadband cable connection, fax, cordless headset phone, and second phone line.
		Car available for exchange (1999 model Honda in excellent condition), plus two bicycles.
		Cell phones (mobile phones) also available for exchange at your option, with one giving free national calls up to 10 minutes in duration. We believe in doing things properly!

Who We Are

Bronwyn and I have between us visited twenty four countries. Since our first wonderful home exchange (one month in New York), we have been passionate about home exchange as a cost effective way of truly experiencing other cultures. I am a professional business and life coach working with clients in thirteen countries; Bronwyn does dental work for children in schools. And we both love our jobs!

We are in our mid thirties and non-smokers. I was a consulting actuary living and working in New York for a number of years, before resigning to pursue a childhood dream of playing guitar in a band - which I did for two years before training as a professional coach and author to help others live the life they really want. I met Bronwyn at our first High School reunion sixteen years after leaving school. (Yes - we were in class together since the age of 8!) And the rest is history.

We have lived in Sydney for many years, but recently moved up to glorious Byron Bay for a much needed lifestyle change. Here we bike, walk, swim, and shop! (Well, Bronwyn does). We both love skiing, travelling, and great food - and we've both done the Landmark Forum if you've heard of that.
